Garrett 1/4" Headphone Adapter

• Allows land-use headphones with a 1/4" male jack to be used with the following Garrett models:
  • ATX
  • ATX Deepseeker
  • AT Gold
  • AT Pro
  • Infinium
  • Sea Hunter

(Not intended for submerged use.)

Operation Notes:

• Automatic Speaker-Disable Feature:

  • Inserting the headphone plug into the connector will provide sound from the headphones only.
  • This action will automatically disable the detector's speaker.

• Input Impedance Requirement:

  • The headphones must have an input impedance of 10,000 ohms or less for the automatic speaker-disable feature to work.

• Compatibility Note:

  • Some non-Garrett headphones may not meet this requirement.
  • These headphones will require the addition of a 10,000 ohm termination resistor inside the connector to disable the speaker.
